We have upsized and Re-located to Unit 7, The Courtyard, Darcy Business Park, Llandarcy, Neath, SA10 6EJ
ServiceMaster has been operating out of our previous offices: (Unit 12, Llan Coed Court) since 2007. Throughout the years a number of changes had been made to the previous unit to accommodate an increase in employees and clients, however since June 2014 the company and workforce has doubled in size to over 160 members of staff, therefore a move away into a larger premises to support the current workforce and allow for further growth was needed.
The company has doubled in turnover since 2014 and now employs over 160 members of staff and cleans over 100 commercial premises within the South West Wales area. Due to the increase in business ServiceMaster needed a new base of operations to accommodate their increase in needs from new and existing clients.
The new unit despite being a stones throw away from the previous unit is double the size and boasts a large warehouse with a roller shutter door and mezzanine flooring. It also boasts a large meeting room and three large offices. ServiceMaster decided to stay within Darcy Business Park due to the easy access to the M4 and the ease of access it allows to service Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and the surrounding areas.
As you can see from the photos a large amount of refurbishment work was needed to make the unit fit alongside the ServiceMaster brand and to accommodate such a large team of people as well as allowing enough space for future growth.
All carpets have been replaced; two large interior windows have been installed to brighten the office space up; A garden area was created for lunch breaks and a large amount of carpentry, painting and decoration, plumbing and electrician work was undertaken to get to the finished product.
