Celebrating 20 Years of ServiceMaster

This year marks a very special milestone for us at ServiceMaster, as we’re officially celebrating 20 years in business!

It’s been an incredible journey since we first started back in 2004. From day one, we set out to deliver reliable, professional cleaning services across South Wales, and thanks to our amazing team and loyal clients, we’ve done just that and more.

How We Marked the Occasion

To celebrate, we recently hosted a get-together at the office. We invited long-serving team members (some of which have been with us for 18+ years) along with our supervisors and management, for a relaxed afternoon.

From the delicious buffet to fun games played, it was a delightful afternoon full of staff past and present, all together to celebrate! 

Partnerships Spanning Two Decades

A standout moment whilst reflecting, has been recognising the long-standing relationships with our clients that we’ve built and sustained over the years. Our clients are at the heart of what we do and they are the reason why we have been on this journey for 20 years.

One of our long-standing clients, that we’re proud to be approaching 20 years of continuous service with, is Victoria Gardens Surgery in Neath. It doesn’t feel that long since we were celebrating our decade milestone with them, but they do say that time flies when you’re having fun!

Although the practice manager featured in that article has since retired, we’re still going strong with the surgery, and the relationship is valued.

Looking to the Future

While this anniversary has given us a chance to look back and celebrate, we’re just as excited about what’s ahead. The last 20 years have flown by, and we can’t wait to see where the next 20 will take us.
